RadioShack was looking for a digital creative partner for their e-commerce site radioshack.com, who would be able to quickly scale up and handle the mounting work required, with the utmost quality.

The Challenge

Google needed to execute a dynamic banner campaign with 3 versions, 3 sizes each, in 21 languages or dialects… within 3 weeks.

The Solution

We established a multi-step process that was both efficient, and with a strong emphasis on quality control to be able to tackle the 21 different language and dialects.

The Result

A total of 252 banners were designed, animated, validated, approved and published in 21 different languages, within a span of three weeks.

The Challenge

Nestlé required to update the website for the Central American region, so that it would follow the international standards required by the Nestlé Nutrition global division.

The migration process from "Tu bebé sano" to "Comienzo Sano, Vida Sana" implied moving 300 pages of unique content.

The Solution

The migration plan of the website was executed under a strict 3 month schedule.

The site was successfully migrated including the former contest. All of the links and SEO work was strictly taken care of to ensure no disruption to the original site traffic was preserved.

The design was adjusted following the guidelines of Ogilvy Paris, Nestlé’s Nutrition agency globally.

The Result

Thanks to a coordinated and systematic execution, the project was delivered 20% earlier than the agreed upon date.

Globally our work and results was so outstandstanding that we became a reference for Best Practices for Nestlé.

77 Digital became a strategic partner to train and help other agencies who has to do similar migration for other Nestlé sites.
